The Lord's Day

New Beginnings, It's the first day of the week, also, "The Eighth Day" --Octave --Same note but a different energy.

John 20:1 The first day of the week cometh Mary Magdalene early, when it was yet dark, unto the sepulchre, and seeth the stone taken away from the sepulchre.

John 20:19 Then the same day at evening, being the first day of the week, when the doors were shut where the disciples were assembled for fear of the Jews, came Jesus and stood in the midst, and saith unto them, Peace be unto you.

Acts 20:7 And upon the first day of the week, when the disciples came together to break bread, Paul preached unto them, ready to depart on the morrow; and continued his speech until midnight.

1 Corinthians16:1-3 Now concerning the collection for the saints, as I have given order to the churches of Galatia, even so do ye.Upon the first day of the week let every one of you lay by him in store, as God hath prospered him, that there be no gatherings when I come. And when I come, whomsoever ye shall approve by your letters, them will I send to bring your liberality unto Jerusalem.

Even the Corinthians were set to give to others and to sow seed into the Kingdom of God. No doubt it produced fruit unto their account. It was the first fruits and gathered on the first day. Unto the Lord. He is Risen. Hallelu Jah Amen.

But Beware of Hypocracy. Join Jesus, not a good 'ole boy network... James 4:4 Ye adulterers and adulteresses, know ye not that the friendship of the world is enmity with God? whosoever therefore will be a friend of the world is the enemy of God. 1 Corinthians 11:17+ Now in this that I declare unto you I praise you not, that ye come together not for the better, but for the worse... ...But let a man examine himself, and so let him eat of that bread, and drink of that cup. For he that eateth and drinketh unworthily, eateth and drinketh condemnation to himself, not discerning the Lord's body.... For if we would judge ourselves, we should not be judged. But when we are judged, we are chastened of the Lord, that we should not be condemned with the world.

Hebrews|4:2 For unto us was the gospel preached, as well as unto them: but the word preached did not profit them, not being mixed withfaith in them that heard it.

Lord seal your word to our heats and may it dwell there richly in Faith. God bless for a good week in Christ.
